There’s New large and fully equipped Kitchen (including: fridge, large sink, dish washing machine, 5 burner stove, electric oven, kettle, blender) separated from  the dining room by a small bar with 3 bar chairs (on the dining area side).

The utility room is located in the basement (below garage) area where the washing machine and a tumble dryer are located.
